| The driving laws of the San Andreas State Table of Content: 1.0 Prologue 1.1 Civilian laws of Driving 1.2 LEO laws of Driving 1.3 Ticketing Punishments 1.0 Prologue This Book is to be respected by all the citizens of the San Andreas State, the immigrants, and every intelligent living creature of the State. Non-respecting those laws will lead to ticketing you, revoking your Driving License or even arrest. By reading this you oath that you will respect those rules, and if not, deserve the punishments written below. 1.1 Civilian laws of DrivingThe Civilians of the State( from the age of 18 and older ) are able to take a Driving License from the City Hall. After a small test, they are now able to drive wherever they want. The current laws of the State, and might be changed anytime ( I'm informing you to read this periodically ), are the following: -The Speed Limits: In any City of the State, the Speed Limit is 75 KM/H. In any Town/Countryside of the State, the Speed Limit is 50 KM/H On any Highway of the State, the Speed Limit is 120 KM/H On any Interstate, the Speed Limit is 120 KM/H -Road laws: The Citizens of the State are driving on the RIGHT side of the road. They are to stop at the Red Traffic Light, and to stop at the Zebra Crossings. They are not allowed to stop their car in the middle of the road. The Parking is effectuated like this: 1) Drive near the white line near the sidewalk, and be sure that your left pair of wheels are ON the line. 2) Stop the engine, and be sure to activate the Handbrake. -Other laws: You must keep your seat belt (/seatbelt) ON all the time. Driving without it on will get ticketed. Be sure that you don't drive while under the influence of narcotics, alcohol or other dangerous substances.1.2 LEO Laws of Driving:The laws of a LEO are the same as the laws of a Civilian. But with some tiny exceptions. -The Speed Limits: The Speed Limits in any situation are CANCELED if the LEO Unit( in that case ) has it's siren on. But abusing this would lead to the sanction of the respective Unit. -Road laws: A LEO Unit is needed to respect the Civilians' Road laws, but if the Situation's really an emergency, the Unit is allowed to drive, ON THEIR OWN RESPONSIBILITY, to drive on the Sidewalk or on the Left Side of the road, but he must have the Siren & Lights on. Abusing this would lead to the sanction of the respective unit -Other laws: You must keep your seat belt (/seatbelt) ON all the time. Driving without it on will get sanctioned. Be sure that you don't drive while under the influence of narcotics, alcohol or other dangerous substances.1.3 Ticketing PunishmentsThe Ticketing System will be counted and reported. At 20 tickets, your Driving License is REVOKED. Speeding( Not respecting the Speed Limit ) - 400$ Reckless Driving( Not respecting the Road laws) - 500$ - 1000$( Depends on the Damage to the State ) Driving under the influence of narcotics/alcohol - 1200$ - 2000$ / Revoke of Driving License IMMEDIATELY.
