Staff Complaints (As Promised!)

My first complaining post on the forum.
And how long have i been a member on the server?
UNDER 1 WEEK!

This means the admin team has issues...

Why do i make this topic?
The same reason why "Jardz" made hes complaint.

Why do i have a problem with the Admin Team?
Let me tell you..
And please keep reading, because (that is what i think...) we all suffer from this.

Whenever a player /Reports [Reason/Question].
we either get lack of information because the server hires unexpirienced staff or they tell you something that's totally unrelated to the report.

What even made me disslike the Admin team more is this...
Sometimes when you need help you /report [Reason/Question] (WHEN ADMINS ARE ONLINE),...
Is that they don't answer at all.
Reason? Because they're always /AFK [Reason] = Taking a shit.
I can't call this professional or whatever you would like to name it.
It's highly irritating!
IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE AFK FOR A LONG TIME, LEAVE THE SERVER INSTEAD OF STANDING THERE AND BEING A BAD ADMIN.
Why? Because the admin team should set a example for the lower ranked players.
Well, well done admin team, your teachings to me gained me knowledge of this:
"I'm going to go to a friend... Let's /AFK for 3hours and come back . )

That are not the only irritations we have on the server...
Let's add even more things we disslike.
Whenever you /Report [Reason/Question] 5/10 times your report gets denied.
Because of this i would like to say this!

A ADMIN TEAM SHOULD ALWAYS HELP NO MATTER THE QUESTION/REPORT.
Some are to lazy to help and also deni the /Report.


Last words:

Do something about,...
Why?: Because i am not the only person that experiences this.
What happens if you dont do something about it?:
We all try to make this a nicer ccommunity and try to respect eachother!
But this all has to start with the Admin Team... Bad Admin team means....
Lots of complaints and if this is continuesly going on,... you will lose alot of players.


I hope you do something about this complaint.
(I will add a Poll to the Complaint to see how many people actually agree with me.
But because of the bad experience, they would probably vote that they're awesome.)
